What files do you accept?
Best: DXF, SVG, AI. We also accept PDF. For engraving, high‑resolution PNG/JPG works well.
Can you cut a full 4×8 sheet?
Yes — we’re set up for full‑sheet jobs and can help nest parts to reduce waste.
Do you ship?
Yes. We can pack and ship many items. Large or fragile pieces may require special packaging.
Can you cut metal?
Yes. We cut metal using our 2kW fiber laser, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Max thickness depends on material and cut-quality requirements — send your specs and we’ll confirm quickly.
What materials can’t you cut?
We avoid materials that are unsafe to laser (ex: PVC/vinyl). If you’re unsure, tell us what it is and we’ll confirm.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes — absolutely. One-off cuts, quick replacements, small signs, and single templates are welcome.
How do I get a quote?
Send your file, material, thickness, quantity, and deadline. If you don’t have a file, send a photo/sketch with dimensions.
